Tommy Woldt is an accomplished sales and business development professional with a strong background in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic growth. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University he began his career in finance as a Sales and Marketing Intern at a large registered investment advisory firm, where he refined his skills in cold calling, inside sales, and client engagement while developing expertise in financial products, including investment portfolios, annuities, life insurance, and advisory services.
As Director of Sales and Implementation, Tommy applies his experience in customer outreach, sales strategy, and operational efficiency to drive business growth and foster long-term client partnerships. His ability to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences positions him as a key asset in expanding the company’s market presence.
Vlad has made a remarkable journey in the tech industry over the past seven years. He has progressed from a full-stack developer to a seasoned cloud engineer and now holds the position of VP of Engineering at Smartdata. Throughout his career, Vlad has honed his expertise in managing and optimizing cloud environments, taking the helm of intricate infrastructure orchestration and backend development tasks.
At Smartdata, Vlad’s responsibilities include overseeing the deployment and performance of applications, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of security and operational excellence. With over ten years of experience in the industry, Lenin has evolved from a passionate full-stack engineer to a strategic project manager and now serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Security Officer at Smartdata. His significant tenure in web application development and cybersecurity has allowed him to master the intricate problem identification, analysis, and resolution process.
Lenin brings a unique global perspective to business operations with a deep understanding of market needs. As CTO for Smartdata, he leads the development of innovative new applications, product engineering, and breakthrough technologies to drive organic growth. He is responsible for program execution of all development work, spearheading Smartdata, the deployment and convergence of the financial system of record, and the security of the system.
With a strong foundation in bridging healthcare and data, Ryan began his career in the healthcare field, where he developed a deep understanding of the industry’s complexities, particularly in data aggregation and security to drive improved outcomes.
As a business owner managing retirement plan investment options for his staff, Ryan encountered the inefficiencies and lack of transparency in wealth management. This experience inspired him to create Smartdata.
